The new factory is approximately 2 km from the current factory. This new factory planning project involves three five-story production buildings totaling 66,000 square meters, with Building 1 at approximately 23,000 square meters, Building 2 at approximately 20,000 square meters, and Building 3 at approximately 23,000 square meters.
The new factory is planned to have a monthly production capacity of 2.1 million units. The plan includes warehousing, injection molding, mold SMT assembly, and finished product shipping. The entire process is planned according to a lean manufacturing scheme to meet future diversified and high-value-added development needs.

From the project's implementation in August to its conclusion in November, the Seiko Intelligent Consulting Team spent three months planning the new factory, liberating the company from its traditional manufacturing model and gradually achieving lean, information-based, and intelligent operations.
Through this collaboration between Xiao Xiong Electrical Appliances and Seiko, innovative ideas were introduced into the factory planning and design concept, and the project as a whole met the final vision: optimal standards for large-scale logistics; workshop layout achieved as expected; line design increased production capacity and met targets; and management technical capabilities were improved through the project.
Project Summary
At the summary meeting for the new factory planning project, Mr. Shu, General Manager of Manufacturing at Xiao Xiong Electrical Appliance Group, highly commended the Jinggong team for their systematic and comprehensive efforts over the past three months in developing the new factory plan. While the project planning phase has been largely completed, various challenges may arise during the actual implementation process, requiring collective efforts to overcome them. He emphasized that the subsequent implementation of the factory will necessitate full cooperation from everyone and urged all parties to engage in in-depth communication and coordination with Jinggong’s professional consultants. Each individual must actively participate in every step of the project implementation to ensure its successful execution.
