Project process and outcomes
The new factory project for Daoke Packaging took four months. The Jinggong Intelligent team liberated the enterprise from traditional manufacturing mode through the planning of the new factory for Daoke Packaging. They planned the overall resources from the layout, connected the flow of people and logistics in each block, and aimed at intelligent manufacturing. The new factory achieved lean layout, automated production, intelligent logistics, mobile management, transparent data, and data-driven decision-making, reducing the number of logistics handling and work-in-process during the production process and enhancing the overall manufacturing capability. During the project, it was highly recognized and praised by the leaders and employees of the client.
