Company Introduction

Hebei SEKO Potter Fluid Control Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary established by SEKO in China, provides product sales and technical support services to Chinese customers. SEKO's product range is quite extensive, covering a wide variety of dosing and control applications in various fields, including but not limited to the following industries: kitchen, laundry, surface cleaning, car wash, swimming pool, water treatment, water conditioning, sewage treatment, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and paper making.
SEKO has been engaged in the production of metering pumps and fluid dosing systems for over 40 years. New factory planning
Project Content
The new factory planning project of Hebei Saigao Bote Fluid Control Co., Ltd. in the Songlindian Development Zone, Zhuozhou, primarily provides services including new factory building planning, park & workshop layout planning, warehousing & logistics lean planning, line & automation planning, and 5S & visual management planning.
The new factory planning project involves Office Building No. 1, Restaurant No. 2, Assembly Plant No. 3, Injection Molding Plant No. 4, and Three-Dimensional Warehouse No. 5, with a total construction area of 25,946.5 square meters.
The plan is to construct a smart park in 2023 that meets future production capacity needs, aligns with the company's status and culture, is convenient to use, efficient, intelligent, green and environmentally friendly, and provides humanistic care for employees.
Project achievements
The layout of the new factory comprehensively considers various aspects such as the uniformity of buildings in the park, the overall smoothness of logistics in the park, the smoothness of cross-building logistics within the park, the convenience of independent operation and management for SEKO and WSM, the rationality of energy supporting facilities, the convenience of office/dining, the intelligence of internal factory management, and the intelligence of warehousing and logistics. Resources are rationally utilized to achieve the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency.
Project Summary
The Seiko Consulting team spent four months utilizing lean thinking and knowledge to plan the layout of the new factory. Starting with planning conditions, overall resources, and existing information, they achieved smooth logistics in the workshop and developed a plan that is most suitable for Saigao. The plan is tailored to Saigao's needs and consists of several major modules, including project overview, overall factory planning, detailed planning, and auxiliary facility planning. Saigao's General Manager Enrico expressed his gratitude to the project team members for their hard work over the past four months and expressed confidence in building a highly lean, highly intelligent, leading-edge in five years, and future-proof in ten years intelligent factory under the guidance of Seiko.
